Chill out Wednesday!

Hello Dear Reader,
Today is chill out Wednesday! I was introduced to Mediation as part of my Reiki One course and ever since then I love listening to guided mediation especially on a Wednesday when it half way to the weekend! Yeah!!
The benefits are enormous and just chilling your mind from every day life can be very uplifting and deep fully relaxing. Guided mediation's can :
