Thought it was very good, the first couple of chapters turns your productivity back on you ensuring you are excising first thing in the morning (cough!) and eating correctly! In order to have the right mindset! I will be trying these principles and let you know how I get on.

As I am juggling a demanding job in part time hours, I like in the book the recommend that multi - tasking is no longer effective and you should concentrate on one task for 25 minutes then have a five minute break. Choose only one big goal to achieve for the day that has the most impact if you achieve it.
